More time for your craft.
A connected gallery-to-album workflow is designed to reduce scattered messages, repeated file transfers and manual follow-ups.
Albumo for photographers
A photographer-first programme for client galleries, album design and print fulfilment. Built around your studio, your clients and the work you love.
Starting with business onboarding. The full toolkit is being built in phases.
Why build with Albumo
A connected gallery-to-album workflow is designed to reduce scattered messages, repeated file transfers and manual follow-ups.
Planned studio branding and client-facing spaces keep the experience centred on your photography business, not another marketplace.
Planned wholesale ordering lets you build albums into your own packages and set the client price that works for your studio.
Built for the way studios work
These are the next phases of the programme. They are planned features, not services included with business approval today.
Share an event gallery privately and let clients shortlist favourites, so the album starts with the photographs they love.
Bring selected photos into Studio, use assisted layouts, collect feedback and record client approval before an album goes to print.
Order at business prices while keeping your own photography packages and client pricing separate from the platform's print cost.
Studio-branded galleries, proofing pages and custom domains are planned, alongside white-label fulfilment options.
A planned production workflow connects approved designs to print-ready files, quality checks, dispatch and delivery tracking.
Business invoices and a clear order record are planned. Prepaid balance and credit features require a separate commercial rollout.
Connect your own website or workflow to galleries and orders, with scoped API access and updates when important events happen.
Business-scoped access, original-quality storage and explicit client sharing are the foundation for the planned gallery workflow.
The first step
One application, a clear review process and a business workspace connected to your existing account. No client photos or payment details needed to apply.
Use your verified account to share your studio name, contact details, location and, optionally, your portfolio. Save a draft if you need more time.
Track your status in your account. If anything needs updating, the review note tells you what to change before resubmitting.
Once approved, complete your business profile and billing details, then activate your photographer workspace.
Already applied?
Check your application statusIndependent photographers and photography studios who want to offer albums to their clients. This first business workflow is for photographers; other business types will have their own onboarding later.
Approval creates a separate photographer business and owner membership linked to your existing account. You can then finish your Studio business profile and activate the workspace. Client galleries, wholesale ordering, business APIs and white-label services are later phases—not services unlocked by approval today.
Yes. Your personal account and existing Studio projects remain separate from business access. You do not need to replace your personal workspace to apply.
Wholesale rates, payment arrangements, production specifications and white-label terms will be provided with those services before they launch. Applying does not purchase a subscription, fund a wallet or agree to an unpublished price list.
